Exterior Painting
Steps In our prep/paint
- Meet with client and discuss where new colors are to be applied.
- Schedule to wash home to remove dust, dirt, and loose paint.
- Allow home to dry 2-5 days depending on the weather and schedule.
- We will scrape, wire brush, or sand to prep body and trim for a sound surface.
- We cover and protect all areas needed before painting.
- We caulk windows, door trim, and siding if needed.
- Application of primer to bare wood areas unless priming complete home.
- Application of paint on complete home 1-2 coats.
- Brush and roll all trim two coats.
- Walk around with client at end of job to make sure they are 100% satisfied.
Interior painting
Steps In our prep/paint
- Meet with client to go over color scheme and how to gain access to home or business.
- We protect all floors, cabinets, hardware, trim, house hold items, lights and lots more.
- We remove outlet covers, and protect them.
- We patch nail holes, cracks, blemishes.
- We spot texture if needed.
- Application of primer over dark colors, ink, water stains, ect..
- Application of paint to all areas included in quote (walls/ceilings), This can be applied by roller, brush or sprayer.
- If trim is getting painted we caulk, putty, prime if needed.
- Any painted trim is done in a all surface paint (semi-gloss/gloss), This can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer.
- We do walk thru with client after areas are cleaned.
- Touch-up if needed.
